At Your Service
In all likelihood you are already familiar with the services a Realtor provides so I won’t bore you with endless paragraphs about how I can help you magically buy or sell a home. Below I have included some basic but very useful information that you should be aware of.
If you are a buyer…
Real Estate transactions and the Realtor/Client relationship are subject to strict regulations. As such, I’d like to make sure you are aware of the following:
1. Fair Housing laws prohibit me from suggesting that a neighborhood is “good”, “bad”, “better” or “worse” than another neighborhood. Furthermore, Fair Housing laws prohibit me from answering any questions about the demographic composition of a neighborhood. So please don’t ask as I won’t be able to answer.
2. State laws require that the Realtor/Client relationship is clearly defined and in writing, prior to performing any substantial services (e.g. showing homes). Basically, this means that you need to know whether I am looking out for your best interest as a buyer, or whether I am helping you find a home but still have a seller’s best interest in mind.
To avoid any confusion, complications and misunderstandings, I do not work as a Dual Agent. That means that when I work with a Buyer, I only work as a Buyer’s Agent, representing the Buyer’s interests. A document stating this should be signed by both of us at the time we decide to work together. For more information about this, please visit the Downloads page.

Selling a home…
I undertake the listing of a limited number of properties at any one time as I want to make sure that each property receives the required attention. Please contact me to discuss your needs.
